We have built these restaurants ourselves. Every one of them. They were not renovated or refurbished from existing outlets - all have been constructed from scratch, with our attention to every single detail. Our objective has always been to provide our Desi community with the best kind of food in a decent environment.
I am not a cook, so I have designed these from the customer’s perspective. They deliver what I would expect from family restaurants – elegant decor & ambiance, comfortable seating, quality cuisine, interesting variety, and affordable pricing. This has been the winning combination that has worked for us for 15 years. |

It has been my passion for these 15 years to build the best restaurants and then to operate them successfully. With hard work and planning, all are presently operational and are being run by immediate family members with care.
I feel that my restaurant ‘family’ should now be extended to include those who have the same passion for good food as me – to families who have had enough of working for somebody else and would now like to run their own life with unlimited opportunities for growth. |

Knowing this, the success of any food venture depends on the time and effort the owners are willing to put in.
